From my teenage years, I have had a strong interest in engineering and technical design. This passion led me to study engineering at Sharif University of Technology, one of Iran’s top universities, where I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees with distinction. Following graduation, I began my professional career in the energy sector, working with leading companies in the oil, gas, and refinery industries as an engineer and analyst on various industrial projects. At the same time, my interest in economics, business, and investment naturally drew me to the world of real estate. Alongside my engineering work, I carefully studied the market and selected high-potential properties, enhancing them through targeted interior design and structural improvements to create spaces of lasting value. After immigrating to Canada, I continued to grow in both fields. I earned my Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and, driven by my long-standing interest in economics and market dynamics, I also pursued a professional career in real estate, obtaining my license. My experience across both paths has given me a multifaceted perspective, allowing me to approach real estate not merely as buying or selling properties, but as a long-term, informed, and value-driven investment. In my view, real estate achieves its highest potential when properties are selected with careful analysis, growth potential is recognized, and design and optimization are thoughtfully applied. This approach has guided my work across residential, commercial, and industrial properties, helping clients make decisions that align with both their financial goals and lifestyle needs. Alongside my professional work, I remain connected with Iranian–Canadian engineering organizations and, when possible, have contributed by hosting educational seminars to help newly arrived engineers navigate their professional paths in Canada. In real estate, whether in property transactions or investment, I consistently apply my knowledge, experience, and economic understanding to ensure that my clients not only find their ideal home or investment, but also make decisions that are sustainable, purposeful, and beneficial. The positive feedback from clients and the success of my projects demonstrate that when passion, expertise, and commitment come together, the results are both reliable and inspiring. With the support of a specialized and professional team, I strive to leverage deep market knowledge, structural understanding, and creative interior design to create meaningful spaces and lasting investments. My goal is to combine market insight and aesthetics to craft a distinct identity for each property, ensuring its value grows over time. For me, real estate is not just about buying or selling a property; it is about creating value, building trust, and transforming opportunities into realities that carry longevity, purpose, meaningful impact, and a genuine sense of fulfillment.
